Daily cleaning and inspection
In daily maintenance, the first task is to keep the equipment clean. In the process of powder production, a large amount of dust is easy to adhere to the surface of the equipment and internal components, if not cleaned in time, not only affects the heat dissipation of the equipment, but also may lead to a build-up of dust and cause potential safety hazards. After the daily shutdown, you need to use special tools to clean up the dust accumulated on the equipment shell, pipes, vents and other parts. At the same time, check the connection parts of the equipment to see whether the bolts and nuts are loose and whether the belt is slack or worn. Timely tightening of loose parts and replacement of damaged belts can effectively avoid equipment vibration, abnormal noise and even serious failure caused by loose parts.
Lubrication system maintenance
Lubrication is the key to ensure the normal operation of the moving parts of the equipment. Regularly check the lubrication system to see whether the lubricant level is in the normal range and whether the oil quality is good. If the lubricant level is too low, it should be added in time; if the oil is turbid and deteriorated, it should be replaced immediately. Different equipment components on the lubricant requirements are different, be sure to use the manual in accordance with the provisions of the equipment, select the appropriate lubricant and lubrication cycle. For example, for high-speed motor bearings, you may need to replenish the lubricant once a week; and for some heavy-duty transmission components, you may need to replace the lubricant every month, in order to reduce wear and tear of the components and extend the service life of the equipment.
Replacement of wearing parts
During the long-term operation of powder production equipment, some parts need to be replaced regularly due to frequent wear and tear. Common wearing parts such as hammer head and screen of crusher, grinding roller and grinding ring of powder making machine. It is necessary to set up a replacement account for wearing parts and record the replacement time and service life of each part. According to the operating condition of the equipment and historical data, the replacement cycle of wearing parts should be predicted in advance, and the parts should be purchased and replaced in time before they reach the end of their service life, so as to avoid sudden shutdown of the equipment due to the damage of wearing parts, which will affect the production progress.

Diagnosis based on vibration analysis
The vibration state of the equipment during operation can intuitively reflect its operating condition. By installing vibration sensors in key parts of the equipment, vibration signals are collected and analysed. Normal operation of the equipment, the vibration frequency and amplitude within a certain range and relatively stable. If the equipment fails, such as bearing wear, rotor imbalance, the vibration signal will change significantly, manifested as an abnormal increase in vibration frequency, amplitude beyond the normal range. With the help of professional vibration analysis software, spectrum analysis of the collected signals can accurately determine the type of failure and the occurrence of parts, providing a strong basis for maintenance.
Temperature monitoring and diagnosis
Temperature is also an important parameter reflecting the operating status of the equipment. Temperature sensors are installed in the motor, bearings, gearboxes and other parts that are prone to heat generation to monitor temperature changes in real time. When a part of the equipment fails, such as bearing oil shortage, gear mesh bad, will be due to increased friction leading to a sharp rise in temperature. Once the temperature exceeds the set warning value, the system immediately issues an alarm to remind the operator to troubleshoot in time. At the same time, by analysing the temperature trend, it can also predict potential faults, arrange maintenance in advance and reduce the probability of sudden equipment failure.

Sound Detection and Diagnosis
The sound emitted when the equipment is running also contains rich fault information. Experienced maintenance personnel can listen to the sound of the equipment, the initial judgement of whether there is a failure. Normal operation of the equipment, the sound is smooth and regular; if there is an abnormal friction sound, impact sound, often means that the internal components of the equipment problems, such as loose parts, wear and tear.
